We offer free doorstep pickup and delivery in Thane and Mumbai. Our team arrives at your address, collects your items, and returns them once they are fresh and clean.

It depends on the service. Most laundry orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours.

Prices depend on the type and number of items. Laundry by weight is charged per kilogram, and item-based services have a fixed rate per piece. Every price is on the rate chart before you book.

We send an invoice before delivery, which you can pay online. Delivery is completed once payment is received.

We send a status update by SMS or WhatsApp at each stage. Live tracking is not available yet.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery by message or email, with photos and a description of the issue. We look at every case individually.

Our team is trained to handle items carefully. If we spot a risk of damage we tell you before cleaning, and in rare cases of loss or damage we handle it individually, including compensation as Kleansweep wallet credit.

We do not accept items with severe damage, or items that could be damaged further by cleaning. Our team inspects everything at pickup and raises any concerns then.

Pack your items and keep them ready for our delivery partner. If something has a specific stain, tell our team at pickup so it gets the right treatment.

You can cancel, reschedule or change your order until the scheduled pickup time. If you cancel after pickup, a small fee may apply to cover the trip.

Dry cleaning, wash and fold, wash and press, steam press, shoe laundry, bag cleaning, carpet and curtain cleaning, soft toy cleaning, overdye and more, priced per piece or per kilogram.

Yes. We use your information only to fulfil your order and do not share it with third parties. It is anonymised after six months.
