Shipping / Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Pickup Scheduling

Pickups are available seven days a week between 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Pickup slots depend on operational capacity and customer location. Reattempt pickup charges may apply if the customer is unavailable during the scheduled time.

2. Delivery Timelines

All orders will be delivered within 3-4 days

3. Express / Urgent Delivery

Express services are available only for select items and will incur an additional charge above the standard tariff.

4. Delivery Conditions

  1. Customers must present the original bill/challan for receiving articles.
  2. If lost, identity verification will be mandatory before handover.
  3. Customers should inspect items at the time of delivery. Damages reported later may not be entertained.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

First delivery attempt is free. Additional attempts may attract extra charges. In repeated failures, customers may need to collect items from the store.

6. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Thane West, Ghodbunder Road, Majiwada and nearby operational localities. Coverage may expand over time.

7. Unclaimed Articles

Articles not collected within 3 weeks of scheduled delivery may be donated, recycled or responsibly disposed of. Reasonable contact attempts will be made prior to this.

8. Home Cleaning Appointments

  1. Team arrival is based on booked slot.
  2. A delay beyond 20 minutes due to customer unavailability may incur extra fees.
  3. Required: water, power supply, and entry access.

9. Delivery Delays — Force Majeure

Kleansweep is not responsible for delays caused by situations outside our control such as heavy rains, strikes, natural disasters, emergencies or traffic restrictions.
